ERPIMS 5 and ERPTools X
PEL a Division of Spectrum Analytical Laboratories, Inc. has completed the update of its internal data systems with capability to generate ERPTools X, AFCEE-validated electronic data deliverables (EDDs). ERPTools X is the most recently distributed software version of AFCEE's Environmental Resource Program Information Management System (ERPIMS) data management and validation program.
ERPIMS (formerly IRPIMS) is the Air Force system for validation and management of data from environmental projects at all Air Force bases. This data contains analytical chemistry samples, tests, and results as well as hydrogeological information, site/location descriptions, and monitoring well characteristics.
ERPTools X provides hundreds of rigorous validation checks on laboratory and related data. This significant upgrade primarily focuses on aligning the ERPIMS data management system with the DoD Quality Systems Manual (QSM).

WebDMS: the complete On-Line Data Delivery Solution
Spectrum Analytical, Inc., strives to lead the environmental testing industry in technology, quality, and service, which includes providing you with convenient access to your analytical data and deliverables anytime and anywhere. Spectrum Analytical, Inc., offers access to data and deliverables over the Internet using the WebDMS interactive portal. WebDMS is a web-based project information tool that provides:

- Trend analysis of analytical results
- Notification of sample receipt and log-in information
- Download of final reports, EDDs, invoices, and COCs

Certifications and Approvals
PEL, Division of Spectrum Analytical, Inc., offers full AFCEE QAPP (from 3.0 to 5) program compliance support.We hold all necessary state certifications and approvals in order to ensure that local requirements for projects conducted under AFCEE are met. In addition, Spectrum Analytical complies with the DOD Quality Systems Manual, including the NELAC Chapter 5 component, and has successfully passed on-site and performance audits by many AFCEE prime contractors. AFCEE Deliverables
Spectrum Analytical, Inc., has extensive experience in providing ERPIMS 5.0 and other customized electronic data deliverables, such as the Staged Electronic Data Deliverable (SEDD), with delivery in several formats, including CD-ROM, EDD via email, or Spectrum Analytical’s online data-access services.
