Our Pilot LIMS is directly interfaced with the PEL WebDMS, an on-line data management system. Clients have complete access to Project, Sample, and Test information in real-time from the minute the samples are received at the lab, allowing clients to follow the progress of samples through the analytical process.
PEL WebDMS Portal includes a Data Validation and Review Tool. Our clients can review analytical results online, match it with project-specific QC criteria, and generate validation reports. The reported results can be reviewed from many angles; all pertinent information is just few clicks away.		Log into our demo account
Our Review tool makes it possible to generate reports quickly via our website. The reports include an Executive Summary report showing all values detected above the Method Detection Limit, and a comprehensive Laboratory Review Checklist (LRC) that quickly summarizes any exceptions. A detailed QC flagging report can also be created to assist with validation flag applications in our clients’ data systems. Our system can also export EDDs in multiple formats to facilitate transition from legacy data systems. Clients can upload the SEDD data file and export in ERPMS, ERIS, or any other format that PEL currently supports.

Electronic deliverables have become the industry standard for managing data, and have been adopted by many large firms and environmental agencies. Companies utilizing the advantages offered by Electronic Deliverables have experienced the immense savings in both time and money that is made possible by the use of real-time data management.

PEL Laboratories offers immediate reporting of results over the Internet. The moment that the final report is approved, the client receives an e-mail notification with a link to our secure web site. The analytical data is available for downloading and printing in PDF format, giving clients access to their reports even before the hard copy is mailed out. PEL's web site offers access not only to final reports, but also to the chains-of-custody (posted the day that the samples are logged in), sample receipt notification letters, and Electronic Data Deliverables.

PEL can provide Electronic Data Deliverables in any format requested: Text, XML, or Excel. We routinely provide over 40 different "flavors" of EDDs to our clients. Among these are strict AFCEE ERPIMS DLH v4.0 deliverables as well as formats for NAVY, Army Corps of Engineers, and other government agencies. Since our data management system captures all analytical data, we can provide EDDs with any depth of information requested.

Our standard deliverable includes a CD with a PDF version of the hard copy report as well as EDDs. Our web site enables clients to track their projects in real time as they are processed through the lab, and download Project Tracking Reports in the specific formats required by regulatory agencies.

Our subcontract labs are required to provide us with Electronic Deliverables in the prescribed format to streamline the reporting. The data dictionary for the subcontract format is also available. Subcontractor must validate their EDDs with our E-Data Validator before EDD submission to PEL. The validation report must be included with the submission.
