Chain of Custody Order


Welcome to COC Orders.

On this page you can create COC, print bottle labels and order sample bottle kits

Select Fraction first. Select test from the list on the right. Hit "Add Test" button.

Enter SampleID for your samples in the text box below and select Matrix. Hit "Add Sample" button.

  You can change Test and remove items in the grid below. Click on the row and hit delete button to remove the item from the order.
Click into any other field to change it.

Hit "Review Order" button to check the order and send it to us (you can still change and remove items on the next page).
