Established in 1989, we have continued to grow in expertise and capabilities. We recognize that our success has resulted from our proven track record of meeting customer expectations for high-quality analyses performed on schedule. At PEL, client service is our first priority.

PEL performs laboratory analyses for organic and inorganic compounds in surface water, groundwater, wastewater, air, soil, sludge, and various wastes. Methods include EPA SW846, CLP, AFCEE and Navy protocols. Analyses are performed in our state-of-the-art, 14,000-ft2 facility located in Tampa. PEL is staffed by 30 highly trained professionals.

We are experts in electronic data deliverables (EDD) and have an outstanding IT group to support our customers' EDD needs. We have developed and maintain various databases in MS SQL, Oracle® and Access® to meet a variety of customer specific databases.

We have supported environmental projects throughout the world. PEL counts many of the nation's largest environmental consulting firms as our clients, including more than half of ENR's top 30 Hazardous Waste Remediation Firms. PEL also provides analytical services on many of the nation's Military Base closures as well as supports the USEPA with analytical work for Region VI.

PEL holds certifications in numerous states and has NELAC, AFCEE, Navy, and Army Corps of Engineers certifications and approvals.
